My name is Alex Eppenauer and two of my favorite things are art and
adventure. I love sketching and creating
art and I love exploring new places. For
my senior project I am pursuing both of these activities through urban
sketching. I was first introduced to
urban sketching by my art teacher, Mrs. Osborn last year and I fell in love with
it. For three weeks I am sketching at local
locations for a few hours in the morning such as the Commons in Woodinville or
Molbaks. Then in the afternoons or
evening I am sketching in places farther away such as in Seattle or different
hiking locations. My product at the end
will be a collection of sketches showing my adventures and the perspective in
which I see Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
